1 egg
1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
3/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts

Heat oven to 350°F.

Mix egg, bananas and MIRACLE WHIP until blended. Combine all remaining ingredients except nuts in large bowl. Add banana mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are evenly moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Stir in nuts.

Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Bake 55 min. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes clean. Cool 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
