1 red pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup slivered red onions
2 cups small broccoli florets
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked

Bring first 4 ingredients to boil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; simmer on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Add broccoli, water and soy sauce; mix lightly. Cover; return to boil on medium heat. Simmer 5 min.

Stir in spaghetti; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
