6 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup BAKER'S White Chocolate Chips

Heat oven to 325°F.

Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Add chocolate chips; mix well.

Roll dough into 20 balls. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 11 to 12 min. or until centers are set. Cool on baking sheets 2 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
