Press pizza dough onto bottom of foil-lined 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Spread with pizza sauce; top with cheese.
Stand bacon slices, in single layer with long sides down, between edges of dough and sides of lined pan, overlapping ends of bacon slices by 1/2 inch. Chop any remaining bacon slices; place evenly over pizza.
Bake 20 min. or until cheese is melted and edges of crust are golden brown.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley or basil before serving.
Serve topped with dried oregano leaves and crushed red pepper.
