6 cups loosely packed torn stemmed kale
1/2 cup frozen edamame (shelled), thawed
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup drained canned mandarin orange segments
1/2 cup chopped English cucumbers
1/2 cup chow mein noodles
1/2 cup PLANTERS Cashew Halves with Pieces, toasted

Pour dressing over kale in large bowl.

Use your hands to rub dressing into kale 2 min. or until kale is slightly softened.

How to Toast the Nuts
Toasting nuts adds crunch and intensifies their flavor. To toast nuts in the oven, spread nuts onto bottom of shallow pan. Bake in 350°F oven 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. To toast nuts on the stove top, place nuts in ungreased skillet. Cook on medium heat until golden brown, stirring frequently. To toast nuts in the microwave, place up to 1 cup of nuts in a shallow microwaveable dish. Microwave on HIGH until fragrant and crisp, stirring every 30 sec.
