1/2 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing, divided
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup red pepper, diced
1/2 cup edamame (shelled)
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
4 cups chilled cooked long-grain brown rice
1/3 cup PLANTERS Cashews, toasted, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup less-sodium soy sauce
2 green onions, sliced

Heat 1 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add eggs; cook 3 min. or until set, stirring occasionally. Spoon eggs into bowl; cover to keep warm.

Heat 2 Tbsp. of the remaining dressing in skillet. Add red peppers, edamame, garlic and ginger; cook 2 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

Add rice, nuts, soy sauce, eggs and remaining dressing; stir. Cook 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

Sprinkle with onions.
