Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 lb. baking potatoes (about 2), peeled, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
1 cup each chopped carrots, celery and onions
1-1/2 qt. (6 cups) water
2 WYLER'S Instant Bouillon Chicken Flavored Cubes
2 cups chopped smoked ham (from bone-in ham, with bone reserved), divided

Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook 3 min., stirring frequently.

Add water and bouillon cubes; stir. Add ham bone. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 45 min.

Skim, then discard any foam and solids from surface of soup. Add chopped ham to soup; stir. Cook 15 min. Remove and discard bone before serving soup.
