1 Tbsp. TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
4 boneless pork chops (1 lb.), 3/4 inch thick
1 lime, cut in half
2 cups chopped English cucumbers
1 avocado, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Meanwhile, sprinkle taco seasoning evenly onto both sides of chops.

Add chops to skillet; cook 3 min. on each side or until done (145°F). Remove chops from heat; let stand 3 min.

Meanwhile, cut 1 lime half into 4 wedges; reserve for later use. Combine cucumbers, avocados, onions, garlic and cilantro in large bowl. Squeeze juice from remaining lime half. Add to vegetable mixture; mix lightly.

Serve chops with cucumber mixture and reserved lime wedges.

Variation
Substitute 1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts for the chops. Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness. Heat oil in skillet as directed. Add chicken; cook 3 to 4 min. on each side, or until done. Serve with cucumber mixture and reserved lime wedges as directed.
