Original recipe yields 6 servings
6 bone-in chicken thighs (1-1/2 lb.)
2 lemons, divided
1/2 cup KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, divided

Let's Make It
Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Grate zest, then squeeze juice from 1 lemon. Mix lemon zest and juice with dressing, cheese and 2 Tbsp. parsley until blended; pour over chicken.
Cut remaining lemon into 6 wedges; place around chicken. Refrigerate 30 min.
Heat oven to 375°F. Bake chicken 30 to 35 min. or until done (165°F). Remove chicken from oven. Turn oven off. Heat broiler.
Broil chicken, 6 inches from heat, 4 to 5 min. or until golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
This flavorful chicken can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before baking as directed.
Prepare using 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, decreasing the baking time if necessary until chicken is done.
