What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 pkg. (12 oz.) Mexican chorizo
2 cups ORE-IDA Potatoes O’Brien
12 corn tortillas (6 inch) warmed
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 cup TACO BELL® Verde Salsa
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Let's Make It
Cook chorizo in large skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until almost done, stirring frequently.
Use spoon to make well in chorizo in center of skillet; fill well with potatoes. Cook 10 to 12 min. or until chorizo is done and potatoes are heated through and golden brown.
Spoon chorizo and potatoes onto tortillas; top with remaining ingredients.

How to Warm the Tortillas
For an authentic taqueria experience, warm the tortillas on your stove over an open flame. Simply turn your gas stove onto medium heat, then place the tortillas, 1 at a time, on the burner over the flame. Cook 15 to 30 sec. on each side or just until warmed and blistered on both sides.
