6 KRAFT Big Slice Jalapeño Cheese Slices, divided
2 cups cooked quinoa, cooled
1 cup mashed rinsed canned cannellini beans
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 tsp. each chili powder and onion powder
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
4 multi-grain hamburger buns
1 tomato, cut into 4 slices
4 lettuce leaves

Chop 2 cheese slices; place in large bowl. Reserve remaining cheese slices for later use. Add quinoa, beans, bread crumbs, dry seasonings and egg; mix lightly. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Refrigerate 30 min.

Add oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add quinoa patties; cook 4 to 6 min. on each side or until crisp and golden brown on both sides. Top with reserved cheese slices; cover. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted.

Spread mayo onto bottom halves of buns; top with burgers, tomatoes and lettuce.

The bean patties can be refrigerated up to 2 days before cooking as directed.
