Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 cup hickory wood smoking chips
4 ears corn on the cob, husks and silk removed
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Chipotle Aioli
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat grill for indirect grilling: Light one side of grill, leaving other side unlit.
Place wood chips on center of 12-inch-long sheet of foil; fold foil to make packet. Use tip of sharp knife to poke hole in top of packet. Place packet, cut side up, on grate over lit side of grill. Close lid.
Heat grill to 375°F. Place corn on grill grate over unlit area; cover. Grill 20 min., monitoring for consistent grill temperature and turning corn after 10 min.
Transfer corn to platter. Spread aioli onto corn. Sprinkle with cheese.
For milder flavor, substitute KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise for the chipotle aioli.
You can instead grill this delicious side on your outdoor charcoal grill. Place the foil-wrapped smoking chips directly on the coals before heating the grill. Move hot coals to outside edge of grill, then place corn over unlit area and grill as directed.
