Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. oil, divided
2 eggs, beaten
3 cups cooked quinoa, chilled
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 cups frozen peas and carrots
1/2 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Heat 1 tsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-low heat. Add eggs; cook 2 to 3 min. or until set, stirring occasionally. Remove eggs from skillet; set aside. Wipe skillet clean with paper towel.

Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add quinoa; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.

Reserve 1 Tbsp. onions for later use. Add remaining onions to quinoa in skillet along with all remaining ingredients; cook 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in eggs.

Top with reserved onions.
