1/4 cup KRAFT Olive Oil Vinaigrettes - Roasted Red Pepper
1 lb. sweet potatoes (about 2), peeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 cup chopped yellow onions
1 can (15.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (15.5 oz.) no-salt-added black beans, rinsed
1 can (14.5 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 can (8 oz.) no-salt-added tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 green onions, thinly sliced

Heat vinaigrette in large saucepan on medium heat. Add potatoes and yellow onions; cook 7 min., stirring frequently.

Add diced tomatoes, beans, chicken broth, tomato sauce and chili powder; mix well. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 30 to 35 min. or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.

Serve topped with cheese and green onions.
